Engstrom, Inc., is excited to announce we have expanded our services to the medical field. Engstrom, Inc., now offers medical transcription services that allow physicians and other health care professionals to use telephones, digital recorders, or PC-based recording to dictate office notes, letters, and medical files directly to our digital dictation system. If your location is local and you are currently are using standard tape dictation, Engstrom, Inc., will pick up transcribed tapes from your office.
Our trained medical transcriptionists are trained in all aspects of medical terminology. An Accredited Records Technician proofreads your completed dictation.
The completed file is then available to you through our Web-based application. The file is then ready to print at your convenience.

Provides you with a Web Interface, whether you use PC-based dictation, phone-based dictation or both, into a web-based application. We provide an easy-to-use file transfer utility designed specifically for Internet-based dictation and transcription applications. This system provides the following benefits:
- Access anywhere, anytime, whether you use a phone, digital recorder, or PC.
- Secure Web-based, HIPAA compliant application providing file upload, tracking, and file download capabilities.
- Archiving of the original voice dictation files in the client’s PC system.
- Archiving of transcribed reports in the database.
- Event log of all Internet transfers (outgoing and incoming).
- Authentication of all Internet transfers.

| Using Phone-Based Dictation |
Designed for clients who enjoy the freedom and mobility that the telephone offers by allowing you to use the telephone for dictation. We provide state-of-the-art digital dictation service with our toll-free telephone service. No set-up or special equipment is needed. We provide you with a toll-free number, account number, and password. Files are then transcribed and available to you through our Web Interface.

| Using PC-Based and Digital Tape-Based Dictation |
Allows physicians and health care service providers to use their PC to dictate or transfer files for transcription. This service enables customers to bypass costs associated with expensive hardware and software related systems by dictating directly to their PC or digital recorder and uploading sound files to the Web Interface and through our service center for processing.
